We are a landscape architectural design firm that creates custom designed properties of various scales and styles. With over 30 years of experience, we work in collaboration with homeowners and architects on richly diverse project types in the city, country, and waterfront properties.

Designer Profile
Raised in Oakville, Ontario, Ian founded McClelland Landscape Design to combine his passion for design and nature, and to contribute to the thoughtful growth of the towns in which his clients reside. Ian is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University’s Landscape Architecture program (DipLA) and a member of the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects (OALA).
Credentials aside, Ian has a professional understanding of design, and extensive knowledge of, and experience in, grading, drainage, construction, planting and horticulture. His designs are widely recognized for their dramatic style, engaging horticulture, and refined finishes.
